) November 22, 2008 -- FIS GmbH and Idhasoft, Inc. announced today that they have formed a partnership to address the rapidly expanding global market in SAP Technical Wholesale. Both companies recognize that wholesale industrial, building material, high tech and MRO businesses need tailored solutions, such as the FIS solutions for Technical Wholesale, which can be implemented fast and predictably to achieve desired returns on solution investment. This partnership will provide solutions that are specifically designed for these business segments, including the full ERP, materials management and price management, a customer information system, OCR enabled electronic invoice processing, eCommerce, as well as full service support in implementation and ongoing maintenance.
FIS is a long term Gold Partner of SAP and has a pre-eminent position in Germany and the European marketplace. Their solutions have been implemented at a number of leading wholesale companies and have expanded on SAP's base Wholesale solution to provide unique depth of solution capabilities for a number of sub-verticals. In March 2008, FIS opened a new office in Tarrytown, NY to expand their operations to the US.
Idhasoft is a Gold Partner of SAP, is certified in SAP Wholesale, and has a large presence in the U.S. and Asia Pacific. The combined resources enable both FIS and Idhasoft the ability to pursue companies on a global basis.

The companies also plan to expand the joint solution offering.
