this new real-time searchable repository features overstocked and
clearance dedicated servers in a variety of configurations. The servers
are available on a revolving basis, with prices starting at $45 per
month.
Bargain Bin servers are selected from the Planet Alpha dedicated server
fleet, and they continuously rotate based on availability, customer
demand and data center space. Customers who visit the Bargain Bin can
search for servers by processor and drive-controller type, hard disk
space, memory capacity and price. The servers come with The Planet’s
full range of software options, including operating system and control
panel choices. In addition, every server purchased from the Bargain Bin
is backed by The Planet’s industry-leading
Service Level Agreement, 24/7 support, and world-class network and data
centers.

purchase thousands of name-brand servers at preferred discount pricing,”

To supplement the administration and maintenance of their servers,
customers can add Alpha Advanced Services to any Bargain Bin server.
Services include Alpha Servers Monitoring, Alpha Servers Security and
Alpha Servers Administration. Prices start at $25 per month per server.
Customers are encouraged to visit the Bargain Bin frequently, as new
servers are constantly added, while others run out of stock. Servers
must be purchased as configured, and changes cannot be made to existing
hardware for the life of the server.
