While Rodriguez was the Senior Vice President of Sales at Ceridian Employer Services, Inc., a payroll services company, he grew the organization by tapping into new markets and delivering new products that resulted in top line revenue growth and increased sales productivity.
Prior to joining Ceridian, Rodriguez was the Regional Director for Epicor Software Corporation and the Vice President of Sales with Automatic Data Processing (ADP), a payroll outsourcing services company.
Rodriguez holds a B.B.A. from the University of Oklahoma and has extensive professional development, including Six Sigma, Miller Heiman: Strategic Selling, Conceptual Selling and SPIN Selling.
