Nippon Research Center Selects Confirmit for Web Surveys and Online Reporting

) November 11, 2008 -- Nippon Research Center (NRC), Japan's fifth largest Market Research agency among domestic capital-owned research agencies, has selected Confirmit to conduct its Web-based survey projects, clean and process survey data, and provide online reporting access to its clients.

NRC will use Confirmit for domestic and international studies that are conducted across its online panel. The Confirmit On-Demand platform will be integrated with Confirmit Data Central and Confirmit Reportal to provide a complete solution for data collection, data processing, and online analysis and reporting.

We conducted an extensive review of Confirmit with trial access to the On-Demand environment and this proved that the platform was ideal for our business. It is functionally rich enough to carry out all of the different activities that we need to perform for the complex market research studies we undertake.

By using Confirmit, we hope to bring increased efficiency into our research processes, get closer to our respondents, and provide deeper insights and analysis for our clients via the Web

NRC's selection of Confirmit is further proof of the global ability of Confirmit On-Demand solutions to deliver cost-effective and operational Software as a Service (SaaS). After passing through an extensive evaluation process we are pleased that NRC have selected Confirmit as the most suitable solution to support them in expanding and improving their online service offering.

Inahiro Suzuki, CEO of NRC, said, "We conducted an extensive review of Confirmit with trial access to the On-Demand environment and this proved that the platform was ideal for our business. It is functionally rich enough to carry out all of the different activities that we need to perform for the complex market research studies we undertake."

"By using Confirmit, we hope to bring increased efficiency into our research processes, get closer to our respondents, and provide deeper insights and analysis for our clients via the Web," Suzuki continued.

Prior to selecting Confirmit, NRC outsourced its online research requirements to external agencies. The move to employ a solution to use in-house is part of NRC's change in strategy to increase operational efficiency by speeding up client delivery time scales from survey creation through to report delivery. It is also designed to provide a vastly improved service offering to clients by delivering online, interactive reports via Confirmit Reportal.

Established in 1960, NRC employs over 115 professional research staff and 1,100 registered interviewers with certification, and has offices in Toyko, Osaka, and Nagoya. The company provides strategic marketing and communication solutions to clients in Japan and around the world.

Henning Hansen, CEO of Confirmit, said: "NRC's selection of Confirmit is further proof of the global ability of Confirmit On-Demand solutions to deliver cost-effective and operational Software as a Service (SaaS). After passing through an extensive evaluation process we are pleased that NRC have selected Confirmit as the most suitable solution to support them in expanding and improving their online service offering."
