Prior to joining Fishbowl, Inc., Donnelly served as a senior vice president for Vocus, a leading software-as-a-service company that launched its successful initial public offering (IPO) in 2005. Prior to Vocus, he was vice president of Sales and Customer Care at CareerBuilder, where he led a team of 275 and helped guide the company to an industry leading position as the fastest growing internet-based recruiting service. Before CareerBuilder, he was senior vice president of sales and business development for Best Software, where he helped guide the company through several years of sustained sales growth, a successful IPO in 1997, and its acquisiton in 2000 by Sage Group, plc. Bill began his software industry career in 1987 with Cullinet Software, which was later acquired by Computer Associates.
