) August 25, 2008 -- Eva Magnus, the owner of Grafica said, "I am glad to offer these additional services, as with the rising cost of food, some restaurants have been losing money by waiting to redo their menus and not passing on the increased (food) costs to their customers soon enough. My fees are reasonable, and if the restaurant updates their layout, an increase in food sales should be expected. We offer laminated menus, as well as menus with a variety of different covers to choose from...or if there are existing menu covers, updating just the inserts is an option. After I supply the artwork for the new menu, the restaurant owner has the option of having Grafica print them."
