Cypress will be deploying C4 IP across all of King & Spalding's locations -- from the firm's eight U.S. offices to their five EMEA offices located in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Frankfurt, London, and Riyadh.

Cypress will also be providing King & Spalding with advanced MPLS data services, supporting their global efforts to increase bandwidth and achieve higher availability and survivability. The firm will be communicating via a customized dual-WAN configuration that will effectively double the amount of bandwidth that is delivered to each of the firm's office locations.
Advanced failover capabilities and guaranteed business continuity is also included as part of the King & Spalding C4 IP configuration. The dual-WAN strategy ensures that if a disruption occurs anywhere on the network, the firm's voice traffic will automatically switch over to the other MPLS circuit -- without any manual intervention. In tests conducted by Cypress, the failover happens near instantaneously, so quickly that active calls are not dropped in the process.
