Prior to GDCM, Phillips spent 7 years as Executive Vice President of Global Sales at ProactiveNet, which produces a real-time analytics solution that detects performance abnormalities in the IT environment. After their acquisition by BMC Software in 2007, Phillips stayed to work on the successful integration into the worldwide sales team.
